Use a light to explore the cave they came out of and you will find a chest tucked away inside.
A little way further on form the last one, some Orcs will break out of a wall and come out for a fight. (You may need to stand close to the edge to collect it so be careful not to fall in) Use the rope to pull it free so you can collect it. On the other side, tucked away on the lava, you will see a rock with a chest on top. Just after the last chest, you will cross over some flowing lava. When both holes a blocked, the pressure will build and eventually blow, bringing with it pieces of a chest. Now have an archer hit the target that is above the right-hand hole. Throw Gimli at it, then build the leftover bricks so they plug one of the holes. To the left of these two holes, there is a cracked wall. Along the slopes of Mount Doom, you will come to a point where there are two jests of lava that come out of holes in the wall, one after the other. (You will know if you have the right door, because several Orcs will burst through them.) Statues 4 and 5 can be found either side of the door that leads into the mountain itself, at the end of the slope. When you reach the high jump point, the third statue can be found at the edge of the cliff, to the left of the lava river. The second statue is just beyond those, before crossing the lava. Further along the slope, there are two jets of lava, spewing from the wall. Inside the cave the you found after defeating Sauron, at the base of the lava flow you freed. There are five statues throughout the level that you will need to completely destroy using Anduril or Narsil. Approach the inflatable and press Y to get in it. 
You will need to jump into the inflatable in the pool to be able to collect it.
This will then produce a chest on the floor below for you to collect. Finally, have any character with Anduril or Narsil break the rock in the middle of the platform, to release the lava flow. Now change to Gollum and climb the back wall to get to the platform above. Get both characters up there, then have one throw Gimli at the cracked wall, across the gap.
Inside the cave, there is a rope hook at the back of the room, on the left. Throw Gimli at it, then enter the cave you just revealed. Next to where you start this area, there is a cracked wall.
After defeating Sauron, you will find yourself on the slopes of Mount Doom. 
Have any character with a bow hit all three to get the chest.
Also at the start, before you move on to tackle Sauron, there are three targets at the back of the screen, off int he distance. Have Sam (or any other character with the Mithril Trowel) dig it up to collect it. From the starting point, walk up the screen and you will see a chest buried in the ground.
